Trafford Council has been borrowing & investing money since 2016, gambling with our future! They invested in office space in Manchester, despite warnings from Lib Dems that it would fail, and now it has come back to haunt them. Trafford Labour, Conservatives and the Greens are hiding behind an grubby NDA, but information has already leaked into the press.
